Flying can wreak Havoc on the skin. The cabin pressure alone causes the skin severe dehydration. Check out these tips to save your face while your flying high.

1) Drink plenty of water on the flight and avoid caffeine or alcohol  

2) Do not wear makeup as the cabin air will dry it out while making your skin feel tight. Use a moisturizer with humectant/ emollient to ensure your skin retains its water levels

3) Walk up and down the aisle if you're able. Move your body every half hour to avoid water retention and slow circulation

4) Grab a silk pillow case before boarding to avoid static hair and moisture retention as airline pillows can dry hair
